There is a vent hole on the door itself. Check for the frost build-up inside.

Hi, my name is Bob, and we have a kitchen full of Miele products that are about 10 years old. The recurring problem is frost buildup in the freezer door vents. We clear out the frost, that apparently causes the hissing sound, but it comes back over time. Can you tell me what might be causing it? This is a stand alone freezer unit, F1811 SF36. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.
