Miele Dishwasher Repair – Error Code F11: Drainage Fault
Symptom: Water present in appliance and is not being drained off.
Possible Causes: Kinked drain hose, blocked drain, plugged air-gap, ball in non-return valve in sump has not opened or jammed, drain pump defective.
Solutions: Check the drain hose for correct positioning, check the drain hose and if plugged clean it, check the air-gap for possible debris, check the non-return valve for blockage, clean or replace if necessary and finally with the non-return valve removed, check the drain pump for proper operation and blockage.
