Miele Coffee Maker Error F77
Miele Coffee Maker Error F77 indicates a problem with the ceramic valve (1M29). This problem is common with CVA 6xxx models. There are two ceramic valves in these units, and the (1M29) valve is the one that is installed upside down.
Upon powering up, the coffee maker goes through the initialization. If the ceramic valve is not initialized, it will show an F77 error, making the unit inoperable.
This issue is caused by the failure of one of the microswitches inside the valve. To confirm the error, enter the service mode and, with the ceramic valve component test, try to force initialization. Replacing the ceramic valve (1M29) will solve this problem.
