Most and Least Reliable Dishwasher Brands
According to Consumer Reports survey paying more for a dishwasher does not necessarily mean it’s going to be a more reliable machine. Bosch, Thermador, and Whirlpool stand out as most reliable in Consumer Reports’ survey. On the other hand, brands like Viking, Electrolux, and Samsung, and Fisher & Paykel received our lowest rating for reliability—a Poor. Of the 20 brands in their survey, owners of Electrolux and Frigidaire dishwashers were the least satisfied (Electrolux is the parent company of Frigidaire), though Frigidaire did earn a Good rating for predicted reliability.
