GE Monogram Refrigerator Noisy Mullion

GE Monogram Refrigerator Noisy Mullion maybe loud and some may flip closed during door operation.  Mullions may make noise against the bins when the left door is opened. Occasionally the mullion may also flip back to the closed position during door openings.

Models affected: ZIPS360NHA, ZIPP360NHA, ZIP360NHA

Solution: The two foam strips have been replaced with three rubber bumpers. Mullions with two foam strips should be replaced with WR17X26528. If the mullion is loose and flips back to the closed position (shown in the above pictures), one or two bushings (WR02X26692) should be added between the lower mullion hinge and the mullion to tighten the mullion. Note: When bushings are used, ensure the top of the mullion is not rubbing the top of the mullion striker. Should the mullion be rubbing remove a bushing.
